These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website flowmotionitservices.com and all services provided by Flowmotion IT Services ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be operated by or on behalf of a minor.

2. Service Description

Flowmotion IT Services operates a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel that provides social media growth services including, but not limited to, followers, likes, views, comments, and engagement boosts for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

⚠ Important Disclaimers — Please Read Carefully

  • Not 100% organic. Our services may involve a mix of real and non-real (bot, panel, or algorithmically generated) accounts. We do not guarantee that delivered followers, likes, or views represent genuine human users with organic interest in your content.
  • Followers and engagement may drop. Social media platforms routinely audit and remove accounts, which can cause delivered counts to decrease after the order is completed. This is a normal occurrence in the SMM industry and is outside our control. We are not responsible for drops that occur after delivery.
  • No platform compliance guarantee. Using SMM services may violate the terms of service of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or other platforms. You accept full responsibility for any consequences, including account suspension or removal, imposed by those platforms. Flowmotion IT Services is not liable for any such actions.
  • No guarantee of permanent results. All service deliveries are best-effort. While we strive for high-quality and stable results, we make no guarantee of permanence or long-term retention of delivered metrics.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account with others or use another user's account without permission.
  • You must notify us immediately at contact@flowmotionitservices.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.
  • One account per person. Operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans is prohibited.

4. Placing Orders

  • Orders are placed using the balance in your wallet. Sufficient funds must be available before an order is submitted.
  • You must ensure the target link (profile or post URL) is correct before submitting. We are not responsible for orders placed on incorrect links.
  • Your profile or post must be set to public at the time of the order and must remain public until delivery is complete. Orders placed on private accounts will not be delivered and are non-refundable.
  • Do not place a second order for the same link until your first order is fully completed. Doing so may cause delivery conflicts and is done at your own risk.
  • Order start times and delivery speeds vary by service. Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

5. Payments and Wallet Funds

🚫 No Refunds on Wallet Funds

All funds deposited into your Flowmotion IT Services wallet are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is approved and credited to your account, we cannot process a cash refund under any circumstance, including but not limited to: change of mind, unused balance, account suspension due to policy violations, or platform account bans.

  • Accepted methods: Binance Pay and admin-approved manual payments (bank transfer, mobile banking). Payment methods may vary and are subject to change.
  • Fund approval: Manual payments require verification and may take up to 24 hours to be credited.
  • Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit amount may apply and will be displayed at the time of payment.
  • Currency: All wallet balances are maintained in USD. Conversion rates for local currency deposits are set at the time of transaction.
  • Dispute resolution: If you believe a payment was credited incorrectly, contact support within 7 days with your transaction reference (RRN) for investigation.

6. Refunds and Credits for Incomplete Orders

While wallet funds are non-refundable, we do provide service credit in the following limited cases:

  • Order not started: If an order has not started within a reasonable timeframe after payment, the charge will be reversed to your wallet.
  • Partial delivery: If an order is only partially fulfilled, the undelivered portion will be credited back to your wallet balance.
  • Service unavailable: If a specific service is discontinued or cannot be fulfilled, the full charge is credited back to your wallet.

Credits are issued to your wallet only — no cash payouts are made. Credits can be used on any future order.

7. Refill Policy

Some services offer a refill guarantee for a limited period after delivery. If eligible, a refill can be requested through your order dashboard. Refills are provided at our discretion and subject to service availability. Refills do not apply to drops caused by making your profile private, deleting posts, or violating platform terms of service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Service to:

  • Promote violence, hate speech, terrorism, or illegal activities.
  • Order services on accounts you do not own or do not have authorization to promote.
  • Conduct chargebacks or payment fraud.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our platform or API.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or circumvent bans.
  • Resell our services without explicit written permission.
  • Use our services in a manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension without a refund of wallet balance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Flowmotion IT Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowmotion IT Services, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation: loss of followers, account suspension by third-party platforms, loss of revenue, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Flowmotion IT Services is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (Meta), YouTube (Google), Spotify, or any other social media platform. Use of our services is at your own risk with respect to each platform's terms of use.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms.
  • You initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • We detect fraudulent or abusive activity associated with your account.
  • You provide false information during registration.

Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance is forfeited and will not be refunded. If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact us at contact@flowmotionitservices.com.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on our website. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
